The SPECS Technologies 4 ½-digit picoammeter allows DC current measurement from 100fA to 2mA with overranging on all ranges. The instrument features include zero adjustment, automatic polarity indication of the input current, a current monitor output, overvoltage protected input, and an optional remote control interface. A battery pack is provided to bias the current source to +/-90V.
