The device is equally suited
for use on science and industry field. It can be used for leak detection, gas
analysis and for thermal process control. The device operation is controlled
by microprocessor control unit equipped with large LCD graphic display. Such
a solution with combination of easy and friendly user interface allows for full
automatic pumping and venting process and the same protection of all built-in
components. Small size and relatively low weight allow to easy transport. The
unit has its own pumping system, quadrupole mass spectrometer and vacuum equipment
which allow for operation in wide range of pressure with simultaneous mass analysis
for 10 gases as well. Optionally the device can be equipped with PID and heating
controllers for precision temperature changing and stabilizing, what is required
in Thermal Desorption Spectroscopy. Full operation of the spectrometer is controled
by dedicated software installed on any PC computer compatible with USB interface.
