The Application has been
designed for managing complete process of Thermal Desorption Spectroscopy based
on thermal controller Eurotherm2408 device and SRS's mass spectrometer type
RGA100, 200, 300 as well as QMS100, QMS200 and QMS300 device, too.
Software graphics
user interface contains three charts for easy and convenient interpretation
of all acquired data and thermal process control:
Pressure vs. Temperature
Chart interprets partial pressure of detected masses vs. temperature.
Pressure vs. Mass Chart interprets partial pressure of detected mass vs. time.
Thermal Process View Chart shows current progress in temperature process vs. time.
Thermal process can be defined within 1[s] accuracy and can consist of unlimited segments number. Each segment can be set as one of four segment types: dwell, ramp rate, ramp time and step, finally giving unlimited combination of temperature segments ending with end type segment. During thermal process application read specified masses pressure and store it into file selected in process parameters. For every mass specified in the process parameter you can define some additional information as name, CEM on/off and color of the chart's series. You can define limited number of masses for scan depending on the mass spectrometer range and scan time interval.
