The FG 40A1
is a compact, easy to handle, reliable flood gun for charge neutralization
of positively charged insulators or semiconductors. The flood gun enables
operation in the energy range 0 - 500 eV for charge compensation in typical
XPS/AES or SIMS experiments respectively.
