RoBoMate™-Digital NanoManipulation System	Virtual Point Technology™ for RoboMate™

RoboMate™ is the world's first combined angular-linear motorized positioning system. The system is the first of its kind to allow the probe/tool to be precisely positioned at variable angles (2 arc sec resolution) with respect to the target sample. Using DTI's Virtual Point™ technology the tip of the probe/tool can remain fixed at a specific point whilst it's angle of approach with respect to the target sample can be varied continuously. A linear motor allows movement of the probe/tool along its axes.

FEATURES:

NTS NanoDirect™ is a unique piezoelectric translation stage with nanometer resolution and long travel distance (10-100 mm). NTS is based on a proprietary design rotary motor and works in synchronized closed and open loop modes. The NTS series combines its unprecedented resolution, accuracy and long travel range, with up to 3 kg load capacity. The device is the first of its kind to be based entirely on an advanced DSP-platform using a Windows-XP GUI.

NTS NanoDirect™ Controller and NTS NanoDirect™ Application Software for New Generation of Nanopositioning Piezoelectric Linear Translation Stages with Long Travel Distances available from DTI.

• Available in either 1, 2 or 3-channel configurations
• The internal architecture of the NTS NanoDirect controller is based entirely on digital signal processing (DSP)

• The system is highly portable and operates from a 12 Volt DC power supply.
• The NTS NanoDirect application software enables to choose between software control, and manual control via joystick.
