Transfer
systems TRS are used to pick up sample holders and move them from chamber
to chamber. Typically,we use a magnetically coupled transfer rod that has
a square stainless steel shaft for the linear motion, that encloses the second
rotary shaft, making the two motions independent of each other.
The mounted claw is individually designed for the different available sample holders.
