
This type of effusion cell is designed to evaporate materials at temperatures up to 2000° C. A self-supported tungsten filament is used for the heating system. The hot area of the effusion cell is made entirely of tantalum and tungsten.
OPTIONS: A variety of different crucibles materials are available, as well as crucibles with various liners, and downward looking versions.
